Our staffs are our greatest assets. We attach great importance to professional skills and qualifications so we pro-actively encourage and expect our staff to make the most of our training system. Consequently, a regular series of basic and advanced training courses and workshops are held by internal and external instructors at our in-house academy (with 100 seats).

Moreover, all members of staff can use our academy to attend talks, workshops and discover areas for improvement on their own initiative.
